Ernie Hart is currently an Elder, Small Group Director, and Small Group Leader at MWC. He has been involved with MetroWest Caribbean Mission, leading 8 men's and single's missionary trips to the Dominican Republic. Over the years he has been the singles ministry director and the Sunday school administrator as well as being involved in music ministry.

Prior to joining MWC Ernie served 11 years as a deacon at 1st Assembly of God in Worcester. Through the years he also ministered in in "CIA" Christians In Action single's ministry, as the couple's ministry director, the Decade of Harvest director, a Bible teacher, a member of the choir, and a youth worker.

Ernie currently works at Raytheon in satilite communications.

Ernie has been married to Rebecca for 33 years. They have three children all serving Christ and four grandchildren.
