Pastor Ernest W. Frye, former industry executive, abandoned his fast-track career in 1979 to pursue the call of God upon his life. Converted from Atheism in 1969, Pastor Frye is best known for his persuasive and pragmatic teaching style ministering to thousands throughout the northeast, the nation and internationally.
He, along with his wife Randa, is the Founder and Chairman of Project Faith Foundation, a non-for-profit consortium providing governance and also leadership in discovering, mentoring and underwriting those who “go about doing good and healing the oppressed”. (Acts 10:34 –just as Jesus did-)
Like the fingers on a man’s hand, ministry manifests through MetroWest Worship Center, piloted by his son, Pastor Deryck, MetroWest Christian Academy, DreamStation Early Learning Centers on three campuses, MetroWest Caribbean Mission and Lifesong Church pioneered by his son-in-law, Pastor David Payne.
Pastor and Randa have been married forty-one years and delight in their children, Deryck and Stacy, David and Ginelle, and their seven grandchildren, Devon, Mallory, Madison, Morgan, Ashton, Kelsie and Dakota.
The entire family is active in the ministry.
