MWC Growth Track

MetroWest Worship Center’s purpose is to reach people in the MetroWest area with the life-giving message of Jesus, that they might become fully devoted followers of Him.

We believe this can be done in direct proportion to our commitment to grow spiritually. Our Growth Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord, to the final destination in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step through healing, growth, and finally - leadership.

START HERE

Mixers are strategically placed throughout the year for couples and individuals who are new to the church. This is an informal introduction to MWC where you can meet other newcomers and church leaders in a more casual setting. Join us for refreshments, fellowship and fun! Get acquainted with us and learn more about our church all at the same time.

THEN WHAT?

Small Groups are the key to developing relationships and getting connected to the church. They are held every week in various locations throughout the area. Choose according to interest and contact the leader for more information.

WHERE TO NEXT?

The last Sunday of each month we celebrate Water Baptisms. These are times when new believers can publicly proclaim their newfound faith and follow the example of Jesus by being baptized in water. Family and friends are encouraged to attend.

MEMBERSHIP

Church 101 is a three-hour class and covers our Statements (purpose and beliefs), our Strategy (for reaching the lost and helping members grow), and our Structure (how the church is organized and the way we view your role in the church). Church 101 is offered on the first Sunday night each month @ 6:00 pm.

PASTORING

Christianity 201 guides you through the essential beliefs every Christian needs to have a successful walk with Christ. Check out the C201 listing in this directory for date, location, and time.

TIME APART

Spiritual Encounter Retreats provide a time apart from your everyday routine to experience God's presence, find freedom from your past, and a new vision for your future. Separate weekends for youth, men, women, and couples are available throughout the year.

PREPARING

The goal of Leadership 301 is to move you from the basics of the faith to establishing Godly character that cannot be shaken. Additionally, the lessons lead and prepare you for leadership opportunities.

ONE OF A KIND

Discover U Seminar is designed to help you realize what makes you so unique. We will help you discover your personality, gifts, and your purpose for life. Then you will see how God combines them for the best fit in ministry. This three hour seminar is offered on the third Sunday night of every month.

PLANTING

The goal of Small Group Training/Orientation is to equip you with the essential tools for leading a Small Group successfully. There is no limit to the types of groups we may have and therefore, no limit to the needs that can be met. Training is offered three times per year.
