Health & Behavioral Health Service Provider - Kent County

Michigan Works! West Central is soliciting proposals for the Region 4 OS Reentry program for a Health & Behavioral Health Service Provider for Kent County. The Request for Proposals will be posted on the Michigan Works! West Central website, MWWC.org on or around April 13, 2026. Proposals are due no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, and shall be submitted based on the instructions in the RFPs.
